It was suppose to be a HAPPY birthday celebration last night for Brandon.. I think he had one? I hope so, because it must have been a full moon... the kids did NOT! Usually we can make it through these celebrations without too much chaos, but not last night! Brandon decided he wanted to go to our fav Chinese food place, the food was great! They put us right by the fish tank, so the kids could watch he fish while we ate right? No, we couldn't sit in our chair and look, we needed to get up close and personal and bang the glass with our car. Then Guggy got out the playdoh for the kids while we tried to finish eating. No, that was a bad idea. Benson thought he needed all the playdoh. Jacob decided that he should be passed around like one of the side dishes. Little goat decided she could feed herself and the floor quite nicely, thank you. Bailey just had to endure all the backlash from the adults being frustrated. She won the prize for the best behaved. I promised her a Guggy day in the near future. Papa comments were not so happy as we were summing up the evening either,"next time lets just order in the food." Am I upset, "NO". Today, I can just laugh about it!
Happy Birthday to you...
Things were going pretty good at first...
Notice Ike in the back ground getting ready to whack the tank.
Eat and pass it on...
Little goat pulled her piggy out, and let it be known that she wanted to eat all by herself.
Benz got his way too... the orange and the blue playdoh!
Bay was great!
Oh well let's see how long this memory sticks before we do it again.
Really hope you had a HAPPY time! We love you Brandon!

I think that we stopped eating out a long time ago as a big family. We just squish into my parents house and enjoy the chaos there! It is hard to eat out with little ones. Jdub and I take our kids out every once in a while so that they can learn how to behave in a restaraunt, but mostly it is us trying to get them to sit still. Kids love new places! It gets them way too excited!
