Catching up...

These past few months have been a whirlwind of activity. Something has taken place every weekend the past three months. Laynie playing basketball, on a championship winning team may I add. Gavin and Ike playing football, Papa even tried his hand at coaching. Jarod, Laynie, and Benson celebrated birthdays. Benson's Baptism on the 14th, of March. Church activities including a wedding, Becky's book release, Brianne's getting ready for Livi Jane, and Brandon and Loos new adventure of homeschooling Benson, are all note worthy too.  Making a downstairs office for Rick has been fun, looking back makes me tired. Sorry its long.

Ike playing flag football.
Laynie enjoyed playing ball on Saturdays.  No male intimidation for her, she brought it on with the best of them.

Papa helped coach Gavin's team this season. What they lacked in talent, they made up in heart.

Laynie's Birthday celebration.

Saying goodbye to some of our favorite missionaries, Pappasitto style.

Eight is GREAT!  Celebrating Benson's Birthday.

Benson's mom and dad got us to take Benson here for a lobster fest celebration.

Had the opportunity to provide a wedding for two wonderful YSA, making a good choice. Planned done and carried out in 24 hours.

Absolutely some of the best people on this earth.  If you need something to get done they do it. Thanks to the Schultz's, Cannaday's, Leah Pierce, and the Felix's.

Then I got to take the time to read my daughter in law's book, which was just released. I loved it!  She certainly has the talent to become a successful author. If you need a good read, read it.

So fun to attend her launch party on the same day we pulled the wedding off.

Benson's baptism day was perfect.  The spirit was strong, the company was great, and the food was enjoyed by all.

Benson with his family.

Then we had a great baby shower for Livi Jane's up and coming entrance in this world. The Lady's involved in carrying this off, did an amazing job. A tree representing her namesakes was done to perfection. The other decor well thought out, and the food was delicious, and presented in a spread fit for royalty.

Charlotte our cute host.  They have a beautiful home.

After much thought, we got rid of the formal living room and created an office.  One of those we should have done this sooner moments.  Hope it will make it easier for Rick's knees. We have really enjoyed it so far. Elizabeth my daughter in law helping out. She is has a great eye for design. It is still a work in progress, but is coming along. Loo is making me a big framed magnetic board for the wall in between the hutches, white frame bronze metal. Thought about painting the room blue...still thinking about, also waiting for rug to come.

Updated with rug...
